What do I need to provide for custom illustrations?

Once you have placed your custom illustration order, please submit up to 3 images to htylerdesign@gmail.com with your order number. Please make sure that the entire body of each character you would like illustrated is visible.  Characters can either be illustrated as shown in the photos you choose, or you may suggest clothing styles and colors for your character in your email, such as "fall plaid for the men", "summer dress", "women in jeans", "Christmas themed clothing", or other related topics. Images must be submitted within 48 hours of placing your order, or your order may be cancelled.

How long does the illustration take?

Please allow up to 2 weeks after you send images for your illustration to be completed. If you are in need of an expedited order, please feel free to contact me for more information.

Can I have other things illustrated?

Yes! I love creating new and unique requests, and would be happy to talk about custom options. For custom commission requests, please contact me here. Pricing may vary.

How will I receive my print?

All digital prints will be printed on white archival quality textured matte paper with archival quality inks. Your print will be packaged as to prevent damage in transportation and shipped via priority mail.
